• Once baking or preparation has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

Custom Cakes & Bulk Orders

• Custom cakes and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• These orders require advance planning, ingredients, and time.

Same-Day Orders

• Same-day orders are non-cancellable due to immediate preparation.
